Continuing Care

This package of care is for individuals who are not in hospital, but have complex ongoing healthcare needs. We supply qualified nurses who are specialized in different fields and who have experience in general nursing, as well as nurses who are able to deliver specialist nurse care like peg feeds, ventilator care, surgical care and end of life care.
